Hi l wanted to upgrade my vodacom contract line at incredible connections paarl the services are just poor l would rather say below standard. The y kept on telling me that they have issues with their systems for weeks, not only that the real issue here is if it is so then how came this problem persist. It only shows that there is negligence. The manager is just incompetent. It will be wise to reshuffle the stuff or close down the shop. It's useless to have an unfunctional team.
