I needed a particular product in time for my husband's birthday which was 8 days away - Nate sourced the product for me from a store in Gauteng, placed the order and promised that he would have the gift here in time for the birthday which he did. Nonhlanhla (aka Watha) processed my payment at the tillpoint and was also very sweet and helpful. I received notifications throughout the week to keep me posted as to where my order was on the road. I will definitely shop at IC - SC Mall, again.
