I had ear pods that I bought included to my first iPhone as a gift and they did not want to fix them but Dudu Dinangwe tried all her best by calling me notifying me the challenges she had in getting the repairs team to repair. I sent her emails I had received on my purchase, she used that to explain to her management till it was agreed they will fix my ear pods. I love the fact that she kept me in the light in all events that was happening till they were brought back to her.
