Shocking experience with Indesit , bought a tumble dryer and it failed 3 times in the 12 month warranty as told I would have a replacement on 3rd mechanical failure but now gone against their word. Customer service is terrible, they will put the phones down on you!!! And you are not allowed to speak to a manager. There is no complaint lines you can go down, the gentleman I wanted to complain about I had to phone the same number as when I spoke to him. …..ADVICE ——- STAY AWAY FROM INDESIT!!!
