It was a good experience and I could purchase few small bearings at a cheaper rate than from Dimapur local market. It may be so because of the location whereas in metros it may not be competitive. However, it's a handy site and they delivered as I desired. They have WhatsApp where I could interact. It is a genuine site and seems to make life easy in small towns and villages.
