Customer service is excellent. Chandu from Customer Care Team took care of my request very fast. He was also very courteous. The process is also very clear and accurate, so no confusion or surprise fees. One thing to update would be the search on the UI. It should wait till we select all the filters, for example, taking out some airways. Now it runs the search after each selection / de-selection of an airway. Also when we change the date of the search the filter criteria is not saved. If we address the above, it will be perfect!
