The trip itself was mostly as promised. The mess trying to get there was another story. We confirmed a flight, then Ravi changed it without our consent. So instead of getting in at the originally confirmed 4pm time, we landed at 10pm and got to our hotel at 12mn with 80y/o parents for an early pick up in the am. I have a friend who also happened to book on Indus and when we discussed- she had a similar issue. Seems like this was not an isolated issue with Indus. I won’t be using them again.
