I submitted one 100 page script, HARMONY,.
I was billed $195 twice.
I was mis-billed another $300 and have not been able to reach anyone about refunding.
My script is 100 pages not 200 pages.
Please advise when to expect the $300 over-charged refund, as will as the second $195 charge.
