Truly a maddening experience. We ordered seats for our restaurant, and ordered our second choice based solely on the fact that they were available in time for our opening. That was in June, 6 months ago. When I called after the expected delivery date had passed I was told that they would be 2 weeks late, so I tried to cancel my order. I was denied that, and then on 4 or 5 more subsequent calls told that there was nothing I could do but wait. I had invested too much money on the chairs we had ordered to afford to buy other chairs. 7k, and I wasn't even able to seat our guests in our new Cafe because of this absolutely atrocious company. Refusing to cancel an order that wasn't even in stock yet is absurd. Misquoting a 3 week delivery time to 7 months, absurd. They don't even manufacture the product...how can they do their job THAT poorly??
