Two weeks ago I bought a product from this company worth more than €800, expected delivery date on September 21st or 22nd at the latest. To this day I know absolutely nothing about my order, the last update of the page is that the payment had been accepted. I have written them emails, I have spoken to them through the chat on the page itself and I have tried to contact them by phone and in no way have I received any response. It seems to me a total lack of respect for the customer, taking into account that the payment is made in advance, placing confidence that the transaction will be carried out to finally feel scammed or stolen.
