I ordered a custom playmat. The colors printed were not amazing, but were pretty good. I have them a 300dpi image and the print came out clear. What I didn't like: when a custom mat is ordered, they give you a template to figure out how big the image should be. The instructions told me to add a border/buffer to the image file that can get cut off because they need some space to cut the edges. That border was fully included in my print. And because the border is still present, it's extremely obvious that the cut isn't aligned straight with the image. Also the order took nearly a month to complete even tho I had 6-8 day shipping. I imagine these problems aren't easy to solve with custom prints, but I'm not completely sure if I'll order from here again for prints. If there was the smallest amount of care put into the cutting, the border wouldn't have bothered me so much. But generally sloppy craftsmanship :/ All the generic stuff I had added to my order (like card sleeves and bags) were great. I'll likely order again for those
