The wait for them to make and ship the mat was already pretty high at 12 -15 business days, which was prolonged even more by the "printer problems" that I wasn't informed of before making the order. the printing itself isn't the best but its good enough. The stitching is very good as well. My main issue is the cropping. Every sample image shown on the site either has an unnoticable amount of the head cropped out or no cropping problems at all. Mine somehow has a noticable amount head cropped out. Moving the image a couple inches down to where the head isn't cropped out and the boot tip cropped out would have been better. Still, its not the end of the world and I'm not gonna bother sending it back in and wait another 4 weeks.
