so I ordered a couple playmatts from this maker; turns out their delivery timeline is a lie; it’s not within 5-12 days as specified; I ordered my stuff on November 17th. It is now December 13th still waiting. Never arrived. Quite frankly I tried customer service and despite me reaching out to them; they promised it would be delivered within a week. So what do I do, I wait a week; GUESS what happens; it doesn’t ARRIVE. What’s the use of reeling customers it will arrive within the week and better question is; why have a promised deadline if it will never BE DELIVERED. What a scam. And what a waste of time and money. Seriously guys; you’re better off going to a different company that makes playmatts. Don’t waste your time with them. Because they clearly don’t care about the service they provide, I’d rather you save your money for a different place elsewhere 💯👌🏻
