I received two black ink cartridges and installed one ink cartridges which did not work. Call InkTonerStore customer service. Great customer service, while on the phone I tried the second black ink cartridge and it did not work either. I was told i would receive two ink cartridges to replace the two ink cartridges. However only one ink cartridge was received. I am sure just an oversight on customer service, but now I have to take time to call to sort out why I did not receive two black ink cartridges. Otherwise I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars.
