While InkTonerStore accidentally shipped me the wrong ink cartridges they were very prompt and professional in regards to the error. Once they were able to verify the problem they offered to ship me out the correct cartridges and just advised me to keep the old ones rather than go to the effort to return them. Although I don't have the new cartridges yet if all goes well I will plan to use their services in the future.
