The toner cartridges we ordered arrived promptly and fit perfectly with our existing printer. Printouts are completed as good of quality as the brand name toner for our printer. The only thing that was of concern was the printer now makes a hard thud sound each time it starts up a print since the installation of the toner cartridge from InkTonerStore.
