A four instead of a five only because the toner cartridges have just been installed. They perfectly replaced the Brother units and are printing out as desired. A five rating is quite possible over time. To be honest, in searching for replacement cartridges I came across InkTonerStore.com and could not believe the price difference. The Brother units I believe are overpriced and the ITS units unbelievably on the low side. Low enough to take a chance so I did and to this point in time quite glad I did. Color printer back to work.
