I bought 2 cartridge for my printer tried the first one and it didn’t work.
I reached out by email to return the item but it took me couple emails back and force and finally I gave up and went through my payment source and sent all communication and canceled the transaction after that I received an email that said they are ready refund and return the items!!
It said 90days return on return policy but it looks like the customer service was trying to fund a way for bot accepting the return!! I was told that’s part of return process !! Which doesn’t make sense when you said 90 days return .
