Stephanie is an excellent customer service representative. When I received a defective toner cartridge, she graciously dispatched a replacement which arrived in a week. Since it also turned out to be defective, I'm obviously not pleased with the quality of Ink Toner's compatible E40 toner cartridge and will not be ordering it again.
