I am thoroughly disgusted with my order! After installing the toner cartridges, I successfully maid eight color copies. The, everything went south after that. My magenta and cyan are out of alignment by an 1/8th of and inch yielding worthless color copies. I spent two hours going through troubleshooting, calibrating and cleaning with NO positive results. My time is valuable so I decided to order the true HP toner cartridges so I could get moving again. I will never use you again. It is not worth it. I am a very dissatisfied customer!
