I very much appreciate the cheap recycled ink I've bought from you guys, especially as it works with my ancient printer. Unfortunately in the last batch I received there was a dud cartridge, that's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. I understand that this stuff happens, it's no big deal. Thank you!
