Unfortunately I will need to send both the yellow and Magenta toner cartridges back to your store because after installing and booting the printer up it indicates an error on the printer display and computer screen. Apparently HP software senses whether new cartridges installed are genuine HP or not. The cartridges are supposed to be compatible with our printer. (Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277dw) I will send the cartridges back today or tomorrow. Please tell me what I need to do in the process of returning them. Thank you.
