I ordered toner on August 2. You hit my card for the charge on August 5. You finally got around to shipping on August 8. I received it at last on August 13.
Meanwhile, I ran out of toner. I emailed you to find out what had happened to my order (for which I had paid), and you responded that "we had some technical issues over the weekend that delayed the shipping process for many of our customers."
Over the weekend? You finally shipped on a Thursday, six days after I ordered. I had to place an emergency order with Ink Technologies ($100 extra for shipping) to get toner.
You couldn't be bothered to tell your customers about the "technical issues," and your excuse doesn't fly anyway, given that my Friday order was shipped on the following Thursday.
You've gotten the last order I will ever place with you.
