Excellent responsiveness! I placed an order, realized I'd forgotten to use my coupon, placed another order with the coupon, and emailed them to please cancel my first order. They took care of it immediately and emailed back right away. This is the first time I'm using a non-xerox toner, which was not available for my old printer, and it's working just fine. Thanks!
