Ordered a complete set of cartridges for my Brother printer. Couldn't be happier. So far I have installed 2 of them and they work perfect. I was having a little problem installing them so I called the InkToner store. I immediately was helped by the person answering the phone. Turned out it was my fault. The best part is they were about 1/4 the price if I went with Brother cartridges. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
