u r the easyest company i have ever on computer to work with. i do print alot & i need ink. this is my 2nd time trying your company & i can't get your product to work n my printer [not compatable]. so i will not b buying your product again until i change to a different printer, i hope will B this year.
i have a 94 page document lying on MS Word waiting to b printed with no ink.
i will b sending back what i have left for a refund when the roads clear & i can get to post office. hopeful we will work together again. EDDIE
