I alwasy received a good inktone from Inktoner store.com each time I ordered. However, I received a not so perfect inktone last week. I send them an email about my intone issue. InkTonerStore.com immediatly send me a replacment cartage. I received them today through UPS. Thank You very much for your excellent services.
