My toner cartridge arrived on time and in perfect shape. I have an HP Laserjet 1020 printer and these Q2612A (HP 12A) cartidges work perfectly! Nice black characters, no smudges, and very long lasting service. The price is amazingly reasonable for what I get. The most recent cartridge was about my 4th or 5th one over the last few years. I have no intention of buying elsewhere.
