Recently ordered 4pack of toner cartridges for older model printer. Found InkTonerStore sold them for much more reasonable price than other online stores. Rec'd toners very quickly and box was in good condition. However, yellow cartridge had major problem when trying to install in my printer leading to a messy malfunction. Called Customer Service, had to leave a detailed message, but was called back within 15 mins. Issue was immediately resolved with a replacement cartridge on the way. After being able to speak with a real person I have no complaints and will likely order my next 4pack from here again.
