I am very pleased with the prompt response to online ordering and the quality for a reasonable price. In my experience, the transactions have been very smooth and the availability has been excellent. However, nothing is absolutely perfect. I was a little bit disappointed when I ordered an exhaust kit. Prior to the order I was shopping around with other suppliers and left the exhaust kit in my shopping car. Several days past for me to make a decision and in the meanwhile, I was enticed by a 10 percent discount to complete the purchase for the kit in the shopping cart. The discount did help me in making my decision, but when the order went though the discount was not valid. I spoke to customer service about it and they said that it was a mistake for me to have received an email about this. It turns out that no discounts are not valid on exhaust kits. I guess i can live with that, but it is a bit puzzling and should be corrected. The customer service team did offer the discount on my next order. I am currently waiting for the system to be made and shipped. I am very hopeful that the quality will be as good as I have experienced in the past with Inline Tube.
