In general I like the products sold by Inline Tube, and the preformed brake, gas, etc. lines are fantastic. However, you always charge a significant fee for shipping, and often, the products arrive in a plastic shipping envelope with no packing materials. More than once items have arrived damaged and broken through the packing envelope. For the shipping fee you are charging you should be able to package the product so that it arrives undamaged.
