I placed an order via phone, wanted to pick-up same day, they were not able to accommodate. Ok, don’t want to but will have to wait till next weekend. Asked to have my order shipped. Followed up three days later, after what seemed like an eternity, they found my order and it was still waiting for me to pick-up, @%@*&@!
The order shipped and I received next day, one part was incorrect. Called and after what seemed like an eternity, they found my order. Was told to do a claim via email, don’t have time for that! They agreed to send me the correct line at no cost. Followed up three days later, part did not ship and now would have to wait through another weekend to get the correct line.
They messed my order up, they can’t put the correct line in a box and get it shipped the same day? The best they can do two days? So now I miss another weekend! Not like it was a custom-made line. Everything I ordered was in stock and pre-made. Thought it was great to find a company here in Michigan that did stainless lines, but I will not use them again.
