The brake line recieved for my 2003 Excursion wasn't even close to being a reasonable fit. Since we are unable to call and speak with anyone I had to send an email to the company. To my surprise a person by the name of James responded and requested a picture of the line sent and an indication of the issue. So I sent a picture of the line indicating where the flare fitting is supposed to be. At that point all responses to my emails were ignored.
