I am not sure if this is getting to the correct people but, I have not received a refund for the products that were made incorrectly or were incomplete. The Transmission lines were beveled on both surfaces so they inserted easily but then became unseated just as easily. The fuel lines were missing the flexible section that is molded on. Thus you can only get the molded section by ordering the whole line. I had to do that from a different vender as yours were incomplete. Your message from February noted that My refund would be coming shortly but it is mid May now...
