Well I've been bringing my cars here to Nottingham In n Out for 10+ years & have not experienced this before. Took my sons Clio in for a new back box. £250, bit steep but initially all seemed ok. However literally a few weeks & around 5 miles of use later it virtually falls off. It was attached by PLASTIC ZIP TIES!!! I called & was told #1 this can't be the case and #2 you need to bring it back to us as we can't collect it. At this point I sent them 10+ photos showing this very clearly. So after taking personal time off work & slowly following my son to the garage in case the new exhaust fell off, we returned it. All I got were a load of excuses about the parts etc. I don't care about this. I paid for a car repair. 8 hours later I was told it was ready to collect - so more missed work time for me. I was given a load of more reasons why it was 'hard' to properly fix originally, and FINALLY a very begrudging acknowledgement that this isn't the normal level of standard & that they would "deal with this internally". BUT no apology, no refund, no normal level of customer service that you might expect. It was almost as though they wanted me to thank THEM for fixing their original bodge job. So beware of this garage / service centre. I have used it for years previously but they have lost a customer. Don't make my mistake. I will be raising this with their head office (who probably won't care) and trading standards (who hopefully will).
