I recently had an issue that was my mistake resulting with an error in the email address they were given. I was able to contact them via the website. They then within less than 12 hrs reached back to let me know that they could help me address the issue and fix it so that I was able to get the necessary information regarding the BLS Class that I had registered and paid for. WONDERFUL!!!
