So my new employer outsources IT to Insight. This means I get a laptop sent to my home, then have to drive 150 miles to an office for a 2-hour appointment (between 9am-5pm!) to set it up.
Only problem is no one shows and when I call Insight they cannot find him due to ‘process’!?
No apology, no explanation, was of 15-hours.
What a ‘Process’!?
If someone from Insight would care to reach out to me I would be grateful. But I’m not holding my breath
