Seems a pointless operation to me.
The web site may say something is "available" and even tell you how many there are.....but that doesn't REALLY mean they are available at all. The product you order might not be available at all.
They may tell you something has been "sent for delivery".... but that doesn't REALLY mean the product (that doesn't exist in the real world) has actually been sent for delivery at all.
My experience indicates that they just add their margin on top of someone else's, charge excessive delivery fees and then don't bother delivering.
Maybe that will change as we move to the next level of customer service. Happy to update if anything changes.
