Actually don’t understand why people keep trying to order from them. They’ve been taking people’s money and not sending out orders for months now. I was a happy customer for about a year but in August, I ordered as usual, they took the money and I didn’t get my order. Guess what? I DIDN’T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE. Why continue trying, just wasting your money! I emailed them about it and they said my money must have bounced back as they were in the process of changing their bank details. It didn’t bounce back at all. Was spending £200 a month. They lost a good customer. At least I’m £200 a month better off lol x
