I’ve used this company for years and have always recommended them however I am having quite a bad time with them just now. I paid for an order that they never acknowledged, then they sent half an order and now I should have received an order 3 days ago which I received a tracking number for but it’s been sitting at “We’re expecting it” and now there’s no post until after New Year. The worst is they aren’t replying to any of my emails. I want to keep using this company but I feel if they don’t at least reply to me I’ve had enough of losing money and being ignored. I’ll happily leave a better review if this is sorted out but I’m starting to feel they really don’t care. Real shame but I can’t afford to throw money away anymore.
