Instacart is an irresponsible, incompetent, and completely disrespectful company toward its customers. I ordered $197.86 worth of groceries that I never received, and their only “proof of delivery” is a ridiculous photo of groceries in the trunk of a car — not at my home, not in my possession.
After insisting and appealing, they denied me any refund, credit, or redelivery, completely ignoring the clear evidence that they failed. Now, they are even threatening to block my account over alleged “failed deliveries” that are not my fault — this is outright abuse and a total lack of ethics!
Instacart doesn’t deserve a single penny of my money. Their “customer service” is a bad joke, with no ability or willingness to resolve real problems. If you want to lose your money and be treated like a worthless number, go ahead and use Instacart.
I will keep fighting for what I’m owed and will not let this injustice go unpunished.
