I had a very disappointing experience with Instasmile. I attempted to complete the molding process five separate times, but despite following their instructions carefully, I was never able to get a successful mold. After several failed attempts and wasted time, I contacted their customer service to request a refund, especially since I never actually received the veneers. To my surprise, they refused to refund me, even though I have nothing to show for my purchase. I understand if a product was delivered and unsatisfactory, but in this case, I never received a finished product at all. It feels like I paid for a service I never actually got. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and the policy feels inflexible and unfair given the circumstances. I would strongly caution others before ordering from Instasmile. If something goes wrong during the process, you may be left out of money with no product and no recourse.
