❌ Stay away from Instasmile – overpriced, misleading and terrible customer service. I paid £360 for a set of veneers that arrived discoloured, badly fitted and completely unwearable. The company admitted the product was faulty and needed to be remade – so clearly, it was never fit for use in the first place. I asked for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as I’m now relocating abroad and can’t wait for another failed remake attempt. They refused and closed the case, offering only a 50% refund – despite acknowledging the fault. Their customer service is cold, scripted, and not helpful. You just get copied responses from "Debbie" with no real care or understanding. They expect you to pay extra fees for a new delivery and want you to gamble on another set that might be just as bad – or worse. I’ve now filed complaints with Clearpay, Trading Standards, and Citizens Advice. If you're thinking of ordering – please be careful. The company hides behind their "custom-made = no refund" excuse, even when the fault is clearly on their side. You're risking hundreds of pounds with no guarantee of satisfaction. This experience was stressful, time-wasting, and disappointing. I feel scammed and I don't want others to go through the same.
