I had a very disappointing experience when I first called. I spoke with someone named Liz who was extremely unprofessional and rude. The way she spoke to me was so off-putting that I had to hang up. However, when I called back, I was fortunate to speak with Megan. She was the complete opposite very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She even apologized for Liz’s behavior, even though it wasn’t her fault. That really meant a lot. Megan uplifted my mood and turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. She truly deserves recognition and honestly, a raise for the way she handled everything with grace and care.
