Absolutely awful company. Spent £400 on a set of top and bottom veneers, for the bottom set to be the incorrect size and fitment, this was replaced after a lengthy process consisting of several weeks. After a few months the top veneer began to experience staining from food and, rather than go through the embarrassing process again I decided to order a replacement, as they kept a mould on file, further cost of 1 £150. This new reorder arrived several weeks later and did not fit, I could not understand how this could be the case given that it was a copy of the original. When I brought this to instasmiles attention, I was introduced to senior customer advisor Amy, who proceeded to advise me that as my dental profile had changed (magically) that would explain why the veneer wouldn't fit and the wish to begin the rather embarrassing process of taking photos of my original teeth once again and setting about remoulding once again. When I advised Amy that I did not wish to go through that process again and requested a refund, I was advised that I was not entitled to a refund and that their faulty, incorrectly shaped product was correct. After spending almost £600, I am left with a stained veneer, and a replacement veneer which causes pain when used. The lack of professionalism, customer service and general attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially when dealing with incredibly sensitive issues from the public. I will now be forced to take my business elsewhere and seek recompense through legal channels. Avoid this company like the plague, I wish they'd never appeared in my Google search last year.
