Terrible experience, I have been buying Made in Mexico labels for some time now in rolls of 1000. Last time I purchased 20 rolls of 1000 and sent them directly to our factory in Mexico to my fault I did not open the package since I had ordered so many times. With it being far away I was informed by our factory a bit over a month later that the order only contained 20 rolls of 250. When I reached out they asked to return them and if not they could not help me, it would not make sense to get them back from Mexico and the team had to use them to not delay production. They stood their ground and would not make up for the 15000 labels missing from my order without proof.
