Horrendous service. Left my job to work for myself so needed courier insurance. Paid over £500 to this company and with a couple of days, without warning, canceled my insurance whilst i was 200 miles away on a job. The have since sacked the guy who dealt with setting up my policy, yet they still won't refund me what's MINE so i can go elsewhere for insurance. I can't work without insurance and because they cancelled it due to THEIR error, I can't get insured elsewhere so can't work until they sort this out. They won't return calls and slam the phone when I finally get through. Absolute cowboys. Only wish I had read all the genuine reviews before starting a policy with the thieves!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
