Terrible, avoid at all cost. They advertise all sorts of perks on their website and then do not honor anything they say. So you think they have an app where you can view your driving, Oh no they don't. Look at this website and see where they say they do. Search up insure the box app and you will be met with a page explaining that they have an app and that you can use it now. Now go and try and find the app, it is non existent. They do not do anything they say they do. Then we must move on to their black box fitting, it took 4 weeks to do so due to delays on their side. Once fitted, you will be met with many warnings for driving even 1 mph over the speed limit. They will then threaten you by saying they will cancel your policy. I am done with this company, they wouldn't even give me a free cancellation even after everything that has happened. Terrible company, avoid at all cost! Oh and if there are any positive reviews on here, they are probably fake. Check out the trust pilot page for real reviews where they have a 2 star rating.
