I got a quote and when I had to call them (despite saying an agent would call me, costing 7ppm) I was cut off after a long period on hold. I called back and eventually told the quote was an additional £300 (aprox).
It was sent to the underwrites who did reduce this but it still exceeded my original quote.
I was requested to send a utility bill to the company. I explained as I work away that may take some time and this note was added to my file. However when I emailed saying I would require a bit more time as I had not received a recent bill, I had no response other than the automated receipt email, that did state a reply would be with me in 72hrs. If it wasn't going to cost £150 to cancel the policy, I would!
