I was very pleased with the persistent attitude by an adviser named Dave who called me several days in a row and kept on looking at different companies that would be able to insure our vehicle. His attitude should be commended and if not copied at least implemented in some sort of training schedule. And eventhough he didn't close the deal so to speak it was all down to his great patience and perseverance that our vehicle was insured.
